WETEOs - Whatcha' Eating Today Everyone
Good day today. Hit the park at 6:30 AM and went for a walk with my sister's dog and played catch. Then hit WW (I was down 3 lbs for a total weight loss of 240 lbs). Went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes or so on weights. Did my "healthy" grocery shopping and prepped lunch for tomorrow. Then I got on the bike for about 5 minutes ... I still feel very unsteady. I really do hope that I get used to the bike. I know it has been 25 years since I have been on one and I guess it just takes time?
Food choices were good today. Salmon came out real good, I just marinated it in honey, lite soy sauce, orange juice, minced onion, minced garlic, sesame seeds and ground ginger. And the sweet potato was delish with some spray butter and freshly ground cinnamon. I get those spice grinders .. it tastes so much fresher.
The Weigh****cher lemon bars sucked. I had to eat something and unfortunately that is what I had grabbed. I don't have much of a sweet tooth and they are very sweet, in my opinion. I am sure my Mom will polish them off. This is why we ALWAYS need to be prepared. I would have been better off grabbing some string cheese or a protein bar since I knew I was going to be on the run. Next time!
