WETEO's - Whatcha' Eating Today Everyone

Typical day .... work ... hit the gym and did 30+ minutes on elliptical (burned 300 calories) and 20 minutes on weights.  Then came hope and prepped lunch for tomorrow.  Feel like I am coming down with yet another cold.  I think I went without them for over a year and this is the 3rd one in the past couple of months.  Going to try to hit the hay earlier tonight.

Breakfast:
5 melba toast rounds with 1 tbs natural peanut butter

Lunch:
1/2 turkey hot dog with cheese & green beans

Dinner:
2 oz baked panko crusted tilapia & mixed veggies

I may have a protein shake later on if I get hungry


 

Looks like Tilapia was the special of the day!

Hi Nancy and everyone! Started work a few days ago part time, and am sleeping like a baby at night.  Some pain during the day, but it will lessen with time.  Todays eats...
B. protein shake
didnt eat lunch, was picking at work while I made platters, few chunks fruit, 2 oz chicken
D. 6 mussles in white wine and butter, 1/4 yam, 3 oz flounder stuffed with crabmeat, 3 string beans :)
S. protein shake

Hi Maria - You are the one that works in a deli...having issues with going back to work right?  So you decided to try part time, that's great! How do you feel so far?  :)

Hi Lisa :)  I do work in a deli, and I have worked 4 days this week, 4 hour days. Next week I will go to 6 hours, and then 8.  I am doing ok, I sure do sleep well at night. I am doing so much better, thanks.  maria

Awesome Maria!!  Glad to hear you are making swift progress.  It must feel great to get back into the swing of things. :)
Welcome back to the land of the working.  Glad that you ventured to only go back part time at this point.  Take it one day at a time and little by little your energy level will come fully back.
