WETEO's - Whatcha' Eating Today Everyone

Posting a little earlier tonight.  Just took a long, hot bath and I plan to go to bed early to hopefully get rid of this silly cold.  Definitely ate a lot of carbs today and I still feel like a hungry hippo.  What is the saying feed a cold, starve a fever????  Just one more day to get through and then we have the weekend to look forward to.  I am in desparate need of a spa pedicure ... that is definitely first on my weekend "chore" list.

Good for you that you held yourself at only 10.  I was craving these home-made potato chips that they make in the cafeteria.  They are delish, but they run me back about 300+ calories.  I was so tempted to have them today (sympathy food for being sick), however, I kept delaying going to the cafteteria and finally the craving stopped.

Hi Nancy and everyone.....hope you are feeling better Nancy.  :)  Good job on the chips. Sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes the bear eats you.  I had off today and went to thrift shops and browsed.  Didnt buy anything, but it was fun.  todays eats

Hijack!

Sorry, I know I'm not Maria lol,  but I just wanted to let you know...I have literally tried every protein shake under the sun and have officially declared a favorite over a year ago!  I use my Magic Bullet every day to make my shakes too which is a timesaver.  The brand is BSN Lean Desserts Protein.  My favorite flavors are Chocolate Fudge Pudding, Whipped Vanilla Creme, Fresh Cinammon Roll and Banana Cream Pudding.  Then, I use various flavors of Sugar-Free Torani and/or DaVinci Syrups to completely switch up the flavor combos which keeps things interesting (I currently have 4 flavors of shakes and 17 flavors of SF syrups lol!  For instance:

*Vanilla Shake mixed with Strawberry, Raspberry or Butterscotch Syrup

*Chocolate Shake mixed with Peppermint, Banana, Cherry, Mocha or Almond Syrup

*Banana Creme Shake mixed with Chocolate, Strawberry, or Hazelnut Syrup

*Fresh Cinnamon Roll Shake mixed with Pumpkin Pie, French Vanilla or Almond Syrup.

Instead of water, I use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 1% Milk or Soy Milk for added protein sources.  I order everything from
www..netrition.com.  They have a $4.99 flat shipping rate which I can definitely appreciate, as much as I order from them! :)
You got quite a stock of SF syrups.  I will have to check out that website.  I think I paid more in shipping the last time I purchased SF syrups then for the actual syrups!
