 I am 13 days out from rny. I did an hour long (2.5 mile) hike. Fun! With a great friend. Warm sun. Loving life.

What is a fitbit?

Felt pretty good with my workout even though I should have ran longer but there is always tomorrow!

40 min weight lifting-arms
70 minutes fitness tapes ( two different times 30 then 40 min)
ran a 9:40 mile
walked/ran 3 more miles-Did it on a track, walked the curves and ran as fast as I could in the straight  a ways.

I actually jogged on the treadmill today. I almost never do cardio because I loathe cardio and would rather be lifting weights, but I ate a **** ton of peanut butter today and felt guilty. And today was a rest day from lifting. :p
