4 Years Post Op and I finally 'just' reached my goal weight & Still loosing. Been doing so much exercise lately with moving & learning to eat right.
Here's my plan.  I keep fat grams under 40 perday, 1  to 2 hours a day any kind of moving, ( walking, carrying boxes, moving furniture, cleaning vigorously)..Days I dont exercise I keep fat grams under 30 per day. DO NOT eat anything after 8pm. plenty of fiber everyday. I have been working on the F- Factor diet plan. It's my life long plan now.Fiber keeps me with that full feeling now that my stomach is stretched out some since wls. These are my tips, how to get those last 20 lbs off to reach your goal. This is what worked for me. I am very proud of myself.  (Hugging myself) I am my own angel ..  I was so scared for a long long time, now I feel very much in control... I am more proud of  NOT letting myself regain all the weight I have lost. BTW I've Lost 120 lbs .....I have seen so many people regain all their weight back. Not this lady. I am riding horses  , playing Volleyball. One thing I will still miss is going to Amusement Parks and Water Slide Parks. Cant do those  after 9 heart surgeries. those were my loves..I am Engaged now..I have a life now,  I am a   now. I dont just exist..  Next thing on my 'to do' list is Post a full length Before & After Photo of my success..I am in the middle of moving now, not on my computer with all my pic's. Hugs to everyone here taking control of their life.. Love, Peace & Joy.........Wendy

Congrats!! That's wonderful! I used to love playing volleyball. Maybe I'll check and see if there is any adult volleyball teams around here. Thanks for the idea!

Wow this is great! What a great reminder that not everyone makes it to goal the first year. We just have to keep pressing towards the mark, no matter how long it takes. Keep up the good work.

Congratulations!  You have every right to be proud of your success.  The key is really finding what works for you and will work long term....and mix in the exercise, and you will have success!  You've done just that!
