Hope everybody had a great Tuesday! 

Eats:

B:  3 oz. chicken breast

L:   3 oz. chicken breast, salad

D:  2 egg omelet w/cheese, ham, turkey, mushrooms, vidalia onions, and fresh tomatoes.  Yum!  Toast made from sandwich thin,.

S:  Lite Beer
