I mostly stay on the VSG forum but have lately ventured onto the Main WLS forum to see what else I can come across. Much to my dismay, CRAP!

Ok, what I mean is...I come here for Q & A and instead I find opportunists.
People just jumping at the opportunity to "jump on" and chastise fellow OH'ers for how they may answer someone else's question.

Honestly, it would be in better taste if you don't agree with what is being said, to just post your own opinion.

Honestly, someone searching for help (hence the name Obesity Help) does not want your poor behavior on their thread. They're simply asking for help based on your own experience. Geesh!

Honestly, it exerts more energy being hateful and rude.

I hope I see some changes in attitudes. Otherwise, I guess I'll take myself elsewhere to avoid the negativity.

There is way more history here than you know, honestly.

Ok, fair enough. However, is that fair to the new members? Or, since we don't know the history, are we to assume.....I guess what I'm trying to say is it's unpleasant for those of us who are trying to be informed by experienced vets and instead we have to sort through personal attacks. It just seems petty and unproductive. I'm sure you can understand where I'm coming from and why. Thanks.

Where's the dead horse picture?

Again, if someone is new, how are they to know the bothersome history? So why ask a new person where is the picture of a dead horse? What were you hoping to accomplish?

I was hoping to accomplish establishing the fact that this is about the millionth thread started on this topic. If you want to know the history, go back and read, read, ready. Yes, some has been deleted, but a lot is still there.
