Where can I add my dr and change my city

 When I signed up I had not picked a dr yet and now I was wanting to add who My dr is and can't find the place to add him. Also I have moved and need to update my city I live in and can't find this either. Any info would be appreciated.

Welcome!  We are very excited for you.

To add your surgeon go to MY OH, My History, Surgeries, click the plus sign to add your surgeon.

Be sure and check the Primary box so that your surgeon and surgery date appears on the message board and profile if you want it to.

To update your city location go to MY OH, Settings, General, Contact.
