gotta be feeling better huh? i know i do most of the time.. biggest improvement is not huffing and puffing climbing stairs.. I actually go out of my way to walk up a flight of stairs and say "how awesome' is this.. no more huffing and puffing..still hurts a little in the knees but its far better now with over 100 lbs off my body.. yours too? looking great in the photos..Peace \/ Wendy
