Body Wraps?
Hey everyone hope all is going good.
Today I had my first dressing room experience since surgery, now don't get me wrong, I am happy with my weight loss and feel fantastic, look great, but with out clothes on I finally notices things I though weren't an issue.
So what I am woundering if anyone had every tried those wraps that clam to take inches away in 45 mins. I have a spa near my house that does treatments and I was thinking about getting one done but I don't want to waste the money, but if I can save myself extra plastic surgery in the long haul I would love too.
Besides we are taking a big trip to Florida in the next month and I would like to feel comfortable in my bathingsuit.
Just hoping for a little input.
Thanks
nancy

I have not had any personal experience but what I have heard is that the loss of inches (if any) is very very temporary. It if mainly water that you lose and is back in a few hours.
Sorry, it's just a scam. All they do is dehydrate you a bit, and as so your skin feels tighter. As soon as you have some fluids those "inches" will be right back. The only way to get rid of excess skin- is surgery.
So instead, focus on all the fun you'll be having in FL instead of how you look in your suit, cuz no one really cares and life's too short to waste energy worrying about what strangers think!
Good Luck,

I used to be a massage therapist. I was approached once by a company to offer their "wraps for weight loss". Tried it on several volunteer clients. It was a total waste of time. I started creating my own wraps and they did just as good. Choose what herbs you think you will need/want. Steep in ho****er. Soak towels or bandages in the herbal "tea". Then wrap around the body, arms and legs. If using towels then wrap plastic wrap around the towels. Lay down and rest for thirty minutes. Then remove wrap and towels. Take a relaxing shower afterwards.
I offered them for years, made a great deal of money offering them, but I felt they were a waste of time. My clients demanded them so I offered them.
