Oh my god!! Look how well you've done! I can't believe it!

I had my surgery this day last week & I'm beginning to feel the 'this will never work' demons in my head but you are such an inspiration for me...thankyou xxxx

 I had a very hard first 2 weeks, I even cried most of the time, but looking back now I would do this all over again. It will get easier and it is so worth it. 

You look great!  Congrats!  Fun isn't it?

 It is so fun. I love clothes shopping now. I feel amazing and can keep up with my kids.
