need advice

I had RNY 7 years ago. I initially lost 120 lbs but haver gained 32 of that back. Dr wants to put a band on the distoma( pouch is still pretty small) I don't know what to do. I really want to lose at least 50 lbs before I start the plastic surgery. I feel like a failure. Has anyone had sucess with this?

Humm I have not heard of that one. Heard of the BOB (band over pouch) but not this one. Can't wait to see some of the answers. You could cross post over to the Lap band board though...
MMmmm wait, maybe this is the Rose Proceedure .If so, you might be getting second hand info about it. and not good info at all.

I would ask the doctor for the specific name of the procedure so you can research it fully.
