How many calories is it? Does that fit within the number of calories you want to get in a day?

I would think not if you are wanting to lose weight. they are 220 cals 49!!!!!! carbs and apparently no fiber, and 3 protein. the amount of sugar ranges from 44 gms to 70 gms of pure sugar! even with adding protein it is really not enough for the amount of carbs.
49 carbs is more than a lot of us eat in two days!
as long as your body has this much ready sugar it will not burn your stored fat. and what if you start wanting to have *two* a day? very slippery slope here....

Oh that is too bad! Try making your own. I have a magic bullet and it is a piece of cake - much less time than driving thru - and trust me, I don't cook and don't find most things in the kitchen to be easy. But dumping frozen fruit in a blender, adding milk, and protein powder even I can do!!!
