I restarted my weight loss journey after failing to lose the required 10% of my excess weight my insurance company had asked for. I thought I would never lose those pounds! (30 of them) I am so happy that not only did I lose 40 pounds prior to surgery but I was approved for my surgery and had it September 26 of 2012! since then I have lost 43 more pounds! that's 83 pounds in the past year!!! I can't believe it!!!

looking forward to what 2013 Will hold!
