It is rapidly approaching my first anniversary since surgery! (2/22/12) and one year ago today I could barely walk to the end of the block. Today I was walking my dog with her stroller and my neighbor called out to me and asked if I would be interested in walking her dogs a couple of days during the week. WOW....one year ago I could barely walk to the corner and now I'm agreeing to walk dogs in the neighborhood. She also asked just how much weight have I lost because a friend of her's has noticed the difference. When strangers notice something is different then that is a wonderful and exciting thing to hear! This gives me more of an incentive to get the last of the 22 pounds off!!
