START OF WEEK 2 BACK ON TRACK
Well, I completed 1 week back on track. Down 5lbs. 20 more to go.
NO POPCORN, No cookies, No bread.
I had 3 protein drinks a Day 2 with fruit. My decaff coffee with steam non fat milk.
I had a glass of V8, and a Greek Yougrt in the pm. when I felt like I had to eat something.
For about 900 cals a day.
I have worked out 6 of the 7 days,
I feel great,
Now, I question why did I go back to old habits, and let my self get out of control.
20 more lbs to go and then my Size 8 jeans will be back on.
