Thank you. If someone told me 5 years ago that I would lose 200 lbs, maintain it for all this time, and be healthier and happier, I would call them crazy. Only people that had wls know and appreicate the trip we've gone through.

Thank you. I think it was a combination of several things:the pouch and knowning what kind of diet program that works for me, exercise that I enjoy, and not having to deal with major medical problems that some of my family goes through(heart and diabetes)
