Last night I lifted a total of 8,130 pounds of upper body weights, plus upper body resistance exercises, abs, and cardio.

Thats outstanding! Great Job! Keep it UP. I have never thought about adding up all the weight I push in a session. I may do that tonight to see if that is a statistic I want to keep track up. It is certainly an interesting way to look at the results of a workout.

Thanks! I posted it on FB and a friend observed that it is equal to about 2.5 Nissan Altimas, lol! It didn't FEEL like that much at the time, but what impresses me more is that it was upper body and not lower, which I would expect to be higher.

Its true that you can actually lift more weight with your lower body. They are bigger and much stronger muscles. However people when the workout tend to not tolerate strain in their lower muscles as well as they do with upper and people tend to do more exercises as well as more repetitions with their upper body.
