Surgery In 4 Days!!!

Ok the nerves are setting in. My surgery is Monday morning. Any advice on how to prepare mentally and physically? What did you do with 4 days left?

in my last few days I'll be busy with appointments and I'm also getting a pre-op haircut :)

Diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder and started Vyvanse - 7/22/2016
Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

Age 42 Height 5'4" HW 319 (1/3/2014) SW 293 (3/13/2014) CW 149 (7/16/2017)
Next Goal 145 - normal BMI | Total Weight Lost 170

Congratulations! I was so anxious to get it over with, I went to a movie weekend before, hung out with my girlfriend who has been uber supportive, and had dinner with my boyfriend. I also went to GNC for my whey protein to have it before hand. It really helped me relax as we did not talk much about the upcoming surgery.

Well we are having surgery same day! Mine is monday as well. For me just spending quality time with my family and thinking of all of the life thats still ahead of me is getting me through!!! Good luck with your surgery!!!-mike

I'm a day behind you. My surgery is scheduled for Tuesday. I am ready :)
