You might consider just skipping jello - I didn't eat it at all during my recovery and never plan to!

yes it has to be sugar-free.  I had to do the diet for 3 weeks, after a week and a half all i could stand is applesauce and yogurt. Good luck!!

Yes, everything has to be sugar free as to prepare you for it for life!

“Let someone love you just the way you are – as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”― Marc Hack

According to my doctor, an liquid is anything you can swallow without chewing first.

Are you planning on giving up sugar post-op? 'Cause if not, WLS isn't going to do you much good.

Yes I do, I've not drank pop for over 7 months or any other sweetened drinks jus****er, unsweet tea and once in while skim milk, I cannot eat the sugar free stuff as in jello n etc cause the aspartame gives me migraines but I won't eat the sugar ones either, I am totally dedicated to this
