Am I setting myself up for failure?

I have no doubts that you can get there.  Because the obese have higher bone density, though, why not focus on a clothing size instead of a weight number?  That way your expectations wont be skewed.

I decided that I would pick my goal weight when I was happy with myself in the mirror. I originally set it generically at 130 just for a point of reference. Now that I am there I feel like another 5 or 10 lbs would be great to lose. If I don't I wont be mad though. I'm pretty darn happy right where I am.

Numbers are just numbers. Feeling good is the goal.
