Protein Powder choices to mix with water!!

That seems odd.  I sincerely hope that he means you should just drink 2-3 ounces at a time and not that you should mix a full scoop in with 2-3 ounces of water, since that would be very sludgy!

The only protein i know of that's good with water s the Unjury Chicken Broth, which is very good.

If you're using so little water, I suggest that you use less than a half scoop of whatever product you choose as most are made to be mixed with a full cup of liquid.

Syntrax Nectar. This summer I'm using the Nectar Lemon Tea and Nectar Roadside Lemonade. Shaker cup with water. I was so sick of chocolate and vanilla!! hth

Chike (chikenutrition.com, on Facebook too https://www.facebook.com/ilikechike) is excellent mixed in water (actually designed for water) but yeah generally mixed with 8-10 oz of water, water has no calories seems strange... I might ask him to verify that one, it's not something I have heard before, 3-5 times a day, with water is generally typical but with the normal water.
