VSG on 10/20/14

I am so excited, I have been cleared for surgery by my insurance and my Psy. Doctor, going in tomorrow for heart test , then I get my surgery date set.

Congratulations!!! Do you have many pre-op tests to complete? My pre-op testing was a huge 6 hour ordeal with about a dozen tests! Seemed to never end!

I go into the hospital tomorrow for a heart stress test and that's it as far as I know.

I had to do a Pulmonary Function test and it was a hour and a half long ... not bad really, doctor said i was good to do surgery

So happy for had mine a week ago Monday .Didn't even need pain meds when I go home .Was on my treadmill 6 six after. Only concern I lifted my dog ,and am in pain. Ps I couldn't do the protein drinks after ,before was ok .So they recommended something ,Fine now ..GOOD LUCK
