Your best bet would be to call the number on the back of your insurance card (or go to your insurance website) and see a list of available providers.

I have champVA here in Texas. I had to find a  general surgeon that also does this surgery. If you find a doctor that takes medicare the chances are good they will take champVA. I called champva and thy gave me some names and I went from there.
