so, I really need nice slacks for work. I'm tired of my coworkers telling me how big my pants are. (Not really tired of hearing it!). I have to wear black suits to work and many of my coworkers get very nice ones at Express, so today I ventured in. I used to always feel ignored for being too fat to shop there, but today i had the help of a great salesgirl. I told her what I needed, she said, "what are you, about a size 10?" NO! I've never been a 10 in my life. Well, I walked out with 2 pairs of pants, (one was a size medium!!!) and 2 t-shirts I NEVER thought would fit, and there was only one letter on the size! I even fit into some VERY COMFY jeans but don't want to buy too much new stuff til I'm finished losing. I'm thrilled with my super cute new stuff!!
plus, before my shopping spree, I saw my primary care who I hadn't seen in a couple of years. She told me, "you're very healthy!" Don't know when I last heard a doctor say that!!! Yay!! Good day. I am blessed!!
