Cauliflower crust pizza....and protein

Good morning everyone,

I've made cauliflower crust pizza in the pest and I absolutely loved it.  I was wondering....has anyone ever tried adding unflavored protein powder to the cauliflower crust?

I have not added unflavored protein powder, but I have thought about what to add it to MANY times and thats one of them -- and some sous vide egg cups i just made

 

If you try, report back! Imagine it may help bind things, and need some additional water added in

Chris, did you buy the sous vide thing or did you do a home version.....bahahaha, I just checked instagram and you posted a how to. I will go watch it!

i bought! have been wanting one for MONTHS. went on sale earlier this month at best buy so i bought, was only like $143 instead of $199

so far ive done brussel sprouts and these egg things. going to try some steaks using Sous Vide, then searing on a grill.

sho nuff! going to try fish, some lobster tail (out of the shell, they just went on sale $3.99/ea at publix today :)) and make lobster rolls on a piece of butter or bibb lettuce. OR, just eat the lobster tail because its freakin lobster tail ha

Hahaha, sounds good to me! I've never made lobster at home before and I need one of those immersion circulators in my life!!!

Love Martha.. She is crazy but that why I like her...over the top. She has great technique and I learn a lot from her, but her recipes haven't always worked for me.... But recipes that work? Ina Garten- Barefoot Contessa... I have never made one of her recipes that wasn't over-the-top amazing. I also think sometimes things get lost in translation...some people you understand the recipe better or something and it just works.
