Specifically... pork rind taco shells?!

I was looking up these pork rinds we got at a 5K we did a few weeks ago Ancho Chili Pineapple pork rinds and wanted to order a few bags. I am still having issues finding HOW to order them, but I am on it! One of the links took me to this porkrinds.com website, and right there, staring me in the face was this recipe for TACO SHELLS!!!

Has anyone tried this?

Interesting! I can't speak to pork rinds, but I've made shells out of shredded cheese and they turned out really well.

Mmmmm... cheese.... Those look good too!

Now... the question I have to answer is... do I need MORE calories at this point, when I've been happy with just my taco bowl??!

I think, one of these days, yes! (at least to try both of these! LOL)

ditto this. we almost always have some kind of ground turkey with taco seasoning or other variety in the fridge, and taco shells of cheese work awesome.

1/2 C of cheese per shell would be about 220 calories wouldn't it? I think I will stick to putting a smaller amount on top of my taco meat. They look good but I don't want the calories.
