Hey guys, any suggestions regarding books or sites about post bariatric diet for Gastric Sleeve?

Most of the ones I´ve seen do not talk about Gastric Sleeve

I recommend hanging out in the VSG forum here and reading the "whatcha eating today" posts. They gave me the best idea about how people eat post-VSG.

Aww thank you for the shout out! I hope you find a few ideas. If you need a little more organization to the recipes: www.pinterest.com/eggface has them categorized and feel free to message me and I can always point you in direction.
