The Scale Finally Moved!!!
It's been a long three weeks plus - with my weight going up 5 pounds and staying there. But when I weighed at the doctor's today, that 5 pounds, plus 1 extra one is gone gone gone. Yippeeee...let's hope this is good momentum again. And, the doctor took me off one of my meds (Norvasc) because it's known to cause water retention and my BP is good. Plus, she also gave me a two week round of diuretics to get some of this water off. Of course, I also have to take potassium with it, which might not be so much fun I hear. So yay, yay, yay - let's hope this stall is officially over!!
