Biotin in liquid softgel form ???

I just bought Biotin 5000 mcg in softgel form for my hairloss. Does softgel mean that it is oil based? I hope not...... Also is this a good amount to take for hairloss? Just once a day is what Im assuming.

soybean oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin, yellow beeswax, titanium dioxide color. Thanks for pointing out the obvious Gina. I will look online and find it in dry form. I guess I was having a momentary lapse in judgment. I don't know what I was thinking...lol

I've always heard that we should avoid soft gels due to our anatomy. I have the Superior Source sublinguals which are very well absored.
