YOUR WORKING IT EARL!!!  I am doing fantastic! I'm healing beautifully... and I have been doing regular things now. I haven't returned to the gym yet...thats planned for this week. I am holding steady at 180 and have decided I am done loosing weight...now it's muscle time.   Hope your doing well and keep up the great work!
