Friday Workout
I have worked 4 double shifts this week. I am just trying to get through the night.
I have been doing an hour of core and flexablity at work.

), neither was the Tai Chi, but the stretching part was very good. I really needed a rest day! My legs and feet feel much better already.
I did end up mowing my lawn, though. It takes over an hour to do with my little push mower. I'll call that strength training!
