A HUGE PR For Me Today & Thursday Workouts...

Hey Guys,

So today was my last Taper workout before Ironman Longhorn 70.3 this weekend! I ran 5k in 21:09 !!!! That is a PR by far for me, and I felt like I could have gone harder at  the end. I WILL hit my goal of breaking 20 minutes on a 5K before the end of the year if it kills me! This is such a confidence builder for me! I cannot wait to race this weekend. What did you guys do today????

Congratulations! I hope you beat your time soon.

I did 30 minutes eliptical.
36 minutes walking in the cold and rain.
10 minutes exercise bike at 23 mph.

I did less than normal but it was a crazy day. I'm trying not to feel bad when I don't do 1.5 hours of day of exercise. I need to remember that I changed my life, I'm not in a race.
