as far as my workout for Thursday...

i did 40 minutes on the TM 0.5 incline for about 4.4 miles, the most since my knee problem.   knee was tight and sore, but pain was manageable.   i am going to try for 5 or 6 miles tonight.  i really want to complete the 1/2 marathon in 5 weeks and won't unless i can get my base up to at least 8 or 9 miles.  i finished the session off with a nice 65 minute spin on the stationary bike....
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Oh and I'm on a taper and also healing an injury so I didn't do anything Thurs. and I won't today either. Sat. I'll do something light and then Sunday is my big race!
