Tuesday Workouts
 Morning y'all.  I haven't been very active in posting lately but I got out this morning and did a 4 mile run before work so I though I would start the thread!  Here's hoping the physical therapists will clear me to do a 6-8 miler on Saturday.  My half is only 4 weeks away and I hate that I can't run anything longer than 4 miles right now b/c of foot issues.  Oh well, as long as I finish the race that's all that matters right?
