Hi Dan,

I can relate to being the tortoise and not the Hare :)  I am slow but have a lot of endurance.  CongratZ on training for your Ultra, I look forward to following your progress!!  I watched a video by Wes Hobson Performance and he has really good tips on how to train and how to eat while training for Ultra events, if you are interested I might be able to figure out how to email it or you could check bit torrent to see if it is available for download.

this really intrigues me, what do you think your longest training run  will end up being as you prep for the race?  best of luck to you, i know you will kick some butt....
