20 minutes of weights (core)
10 minutes walking warmup/cooldown on the TM
60 minute run on the TM (7.37 miles)
took a quick break and then did a tempo run for a mile in 7:19
finished off the night on the stairmaster for 25 minutes (123 floors)

Legs off today!!!! LIfted: Shoulders and Tri's... I ended my workout with 4 sets of 15 pushups, the second set was done while my feet were balanced on one of those big excercise balls... Talk about learning about balance, that'll do it. Have a great night ya'll...
