Wednesday workouts

I didn't sleep well last night so I didn't make it to the gym early.  At any rate, I did an interval workout today:  three repeats of 0.8 miles at 6.9, 0.2 miles at 8.0.  Ended with a half mile at 6.9.

20 minutes of weights (core)
10 minutes walking warmup/cooldown on the TM
60 minute run on the TM (7.37 miles)
took a quick break and then did a tempo run for a mile in 7:19
finished off the night on the stairmaster for 25 minutes (123 floors)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Legs off today!!!! LIfted: Shoulders and Tri's... I ended my workout with 4 sets of 15 pushups, the second set was done while my feet were balanced on one of those big excercise  balls... Talk about learning about balance, that'll do it. Have a great night ya'll...

I was short on time today so only got in 25 minutes on the TM 3.5 mph at incline of 3.5. I have my usual Thursday run in the morning and may swim some laps in the evening. I have not done this in years!
