I ran for 30 minutes inside the Y since it is raining. We will be building an arc pretty soon if it does not stop.

You're doing great with your training Scott!  BTW, I have a bunch of wrappers to send you.  I'll get them sent next week.

Today was a run day or me.  Did 3.5 miles at 7.0.  After an urgent potty break, I decided to try a Scott William drill.  Started at 7.0 and increased the speed by 0.1 every minute ending at 7.7.  I went a mile.  I could have gone longer, but only negotiated 8 minutes of fan time with the lady next to me.

So, 4.5 miles total today.  Lungs only burned a little bit mostly at the beginning, so even that's getting better!

Hi all...

It's a beautiful day here in Indiana, and I'm about to hit the road for a long walk. Can't wait to soak up the sunshine!

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
