So any epic weekend workouts or races planned?

I need to get in a bike ride, and it looks like I may have part of Saturday to do it before it rains again.
It's been raining here on and off all week.

Nothing like the East coast, just enough to make me wimp out and not ride.

I WILL SEE YOUR EAST COAST, AND RAISE A PUGET SOUND REGION OF WASHINGTON!

Noting "epic" planned here. My longest run has been a bit over a 10K, so I am hoping to do a bit over a 14K (8.84 miles) tomorrow. I want to work up to 13 miles (I think that is half marathon distance) by the end of May. I plan a long run every Saturday or  Sunday....but it has been very blustery (55 mph gusts) today!

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I've got the Greater Hartford 1/4 Marathon tomorrow...my longest race yet!  I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous though - I've only had one run in the past month where my leg wasn't bothering me, but it was yesterday, so that's good!!
