Besides ab crunches.  What are some good exercises to help lose belly fat.  I cannot seem to get rid of my spare tire.  I walk about 40 minutes each day at a relatively good pace, but I am not losing anything.  HELP!

I am no expert but I don't think you can decide where you lose fat. More cardio will result in more fat loss , but your body decides where it will come from. You can target muscle growth but not fatloss.

Are you sure it is fat?

I got quite a roll around my middle, but it's just loose skin.  The harder I work, the jigglier it gets!

Same as two previous posters. Maybe loose skin? Just keep up the cardio...if it is fat, it will eventually start to dissipate.

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
