Running Log?
Does anyone use a running log and if so, which one do you use? I would like to start using one but I would like a pretty good one. Any suggestions?

I have picked up some good ones from local book stores. Any will work fine if you are consistant with putting in the info.

I also use www.mapmyrun.com
I live pretty rural, and will map my runs, log them, and also put in some walks. Good information and calculates pace, mph, caloric burn, etc.

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I use my Nike +, mapmyrun.com (when I can't find all the pieces to my Nike thing) and a log book/notebook that has all my workout stuff in it.
