Bike riding - switching from big and tall bike

Before my surgery I had a big and tall bike and I could only ride around the block before I was winded.  I've lost enough weight that I can start riding my wife's 10 speed.  Tonight I did 2.5 miles with my son on a lark and it was pretty easy.   Looking forward to working at going farther.  Right now I'm swimming twice a week and going for bike rides between.

If anyone is interested in buying the old one let me know.  Its only a single speed - barely used, designed to hold 500 lbs!  Scary that I needed that at one time.  I'm in southern Ohio.

Good for you Patrick.  I swam laps this morning, got in 20 laps or 40 lengths whichever way you are used to counting.  I use the recumbent bike at the Y, maybe after I lose weight I'll be brave enough to try bike riding again, although I really think I'm a walking person.
Keep up the swimming and the bike riding.  Have a great weekend.
