25 minutes in the weight room this morning after a 5 minute warmup on the treadmill. Plan to take a 40 minute walk later this afternoon.

 I just started with a trainer and she said between 5-10 warmup before training.  Do you find it better to do 5 or 10 or does it make a difference?

Five seems to be enough for me. I usually do 20 minutes on the treadmill or bicycle before going into the weight room, but now that it's nice out I do it outside!

rest day yesterday.... had an all day sales presentation for work and then a dinner with the bosses (followed by some shenanigans that make my head hurt today :O )
