Saturday workouts
3.5 hours of yardwork and got the awesome opportunity to watch my son Ayden and for the first time, my Daughter Ava, run their 1st 1 mile run together (Ayden's done several this was Ava's first), and then we cheered on Christie as she ran a 5K. It was 90% humidity at 8am and 85+ degrees. About 30% of the people after crossing the finish line projectile vomitted from the heat and exhaustion... My wife was close but she help it in and nearly passed out. It was a BRUTAL 5k...Goes to show you that you never know what a seemingly "Simple" race can bring. I am trying to get my arms around the idea of not doing ANY physical activity for 2 months! I do not know how I will make it... I will have happy feet the whole time. The one thing I am going to do is bring my tens unit and electrode the crap out of my muscles to stimulate them a bit. Anways, that's all, no formal excercise today for me...

I rode my bike to a friend's house for a BBQ. 30 miles in the heat alternating with strong winds. It was, um, interesting.
