Thursday workouts

Fatigued today.  Relaxed with a nice hour long yoga class.  I'm really going to have to make the time to fit this in regularly.  I feel so refreshed when I'm done.

hour spin class, AT intervals, burns so good :)

Hill intervals. I don't know the mileage but our sadist coach made us go up hill on the BIG RING.
