45 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including sets of 85 and then 5 X 30 pushups
40 min spin on stationary bike (17.22 miles)
30 min brick on TM (3.75 miles), negative splits, 10 min @ 7.0 MPH, 10 min @ 7.5 MPH, and then 10 min @ 8.0 MPH
5 min walking cooldown....

I was running late to my tri training tonight, so I skipped the wetsuit and jumped into the lake for the start of the 600 meter swim. With seaweed grabbing at my arms and legs, it took me longer to swim 600 than it usually does to swim 800. I'll certainly wear the wetsuit next time, even if it's hot as hades. With the anxiety, my heart rate was high for the entire 16-mile bike leg.
