Am I pushing myself too hard?

I'm just short of 10 weeks out. I've been feeling great and been exercising regularly. I've been swimming 1hr/day intense x 3 days a week, with occasional aerobics and light weight, many rep circuit training (2-3x days week). In all, my estimation is that my workouts are anywhere from 800-1400 cals burned. My BMR is about 2700. I'm eating about 800 cals/day with 80-100g of protein.
Reading this board about people fainting, not getting enough cals, etc. I feel pretty good. My body has been rebounding as expected (24-48hrs), etc. No real issues with fatigue or light headed-ness.
Do you think I'm on track? Too much? Too little?
Just trying to stay ahead of the game. Thanks!
First of all... Congrats on surgery and your excercise. Only your doctor should tell you if you are overdoing it, but in my opinion it sounds good what you are doing. Interesting you mention BMR of 2700 cals and you are eating 800... BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) represents the number of calories your body needs to keep organs and vital systems functioning properly... Obviously you want to be in a state of Kitosis and drop a lot fast, just be sure as you increase activity you give your body the fuel it needs to keep going... Best of luck!

Keep up the good work! As long as you are feeling strong and continuing to lose weight, I'd say you are doing great. If you start any dizziness/fainting etc, PLEASE call your surgeon. It is not expected or nrmal.
Don't be afraid to up your calories and carbs as needed - but always work with your surgeon/NUT.

Thanks for the quick responses. NUT has told me 600 cals when I'm working out, but my body feels better closer to 700-800 range and it seems the point where I'm not hungry or my body is telling me it "needs something". Anything above 600 is either a protein shake, bar, or turkey breat deli meat. Trying to get the most "bang for the buck" in regards to nutrients. I've upped my carbs too.... one wasa cracker a day, 10-15 almonds, and some avocados. I don't feel comfortable going above 800 until I see my NUT in another month.
Sadly, I've always known how to eat healthy and smart, but have always lacked the will-power to change my ways and control my hunger until now. I appreciate everybody's advice as I do not want to self-sabotage -- even accidentally.
My weight loss has been good, I've been averaging 5lbs week, but I know this wont' continue :(.
