saturday workouts

rough couple of weeks, just came off two straight weeks of biz travel, including 4 days in row without a chance to get to the gym or workout.

finally hit the gym this morning....

50 min of weights (chest/tri) including 6X40 sets of pushups and 4X15 sets of dips
10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
45 min run on TM, low impact intervals (5.37 miles)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Still sick - no cardio

45 minutes strength training at gym - legs, chest, triceps

Finished my second 5k.  Finished in 39:25.  Beat my last time by 2 minutes.

Nothing yesterday and today...Went into the Cath Lab yesterday.  My heart is fine...small blockage in one vein...20%.  But no stent or heart bypass!  Will be walking tommorow.

30 minutes eliptical; 30 minutes crossramp; a couple of 400m sprints to loosen up; and about 15 minutes stretching.
