First workout on my new bike trainer this evening. Did 1 hour, that was intense, during this workout I realized that I coast a lot when I ride on the street, so the trainer was so different since I was spinning the entire time.

I usually water run in the evening too but I've been so achy and sore lately and it's spreading. I even pulled something in class today. So I decided to take a rest and try to heal everything up.

You guys are way too hard core for me!  Wow, I was happy with 1.5 mile run and 30 mins of weights.  I will get there though.  You all just wait...

4 mile jog/walk in about 50 minutes.  I was actually able to jog almost half.
